Craft's Origin is a boutique workshop focused on sustainable, traditional crafts, especially handmade natural beeswax candles, born from a desire to connect with nature and, honoring ancient methods like hand-dipping with local, upcycled farm materials, creating products and gifts for purity, light, and heritage.

Role Description

-Proactive outreach and relationship-building with workers’ committees, welfare departments, HR departments, and event producers

Creating customized price proposals (in coordination with us) and creative thinking to close deals

-Managing negotiations, closing deals, and tracking orders

-Strengthening relationships with repeat customers, retention, and expanding activity

Qualifications

- Experience in sales within the corporate gifts field

- Existing connections with business clients (workers’ committees, HR departments, event producers, nonprofits)

- Skills in managing B2B sales with organizational clients

- Familiarity with the world of gifts for holidays, events, and corporate clients

- Ability to convey our values: high quality, craftsmanship, tradition, and sustainability

- An advantage for connection with religious, traditional, and spiritual audiences, and with those who value local handmade crafts made from natural materials.

הצטרף/י לבית מלאכה בוטיק משפחתי שמתמחה במוצרים טבעיים בעבודת יד: נרות משעוות דבורים, מארזי חג, תשמישי קדושה ומוצרים קסומים – ונהל/י את תחום המכירות שלנו מול לקוחות עסקיים וארגוניים.

התפקיד:

-פנייה יזומה ויצירת קשרים עם ועדי עובדים, מחלקות רווחה, משאבי אנוש ומפיקי אירועים

-בניית הצעות מחיר מותאמות אישית (בתאום איתנו) וחשיבה יצירתית על מנת לסגור עסקאות.

-ניהול מו"מ, סגירת עסקאות ומעקב אחרי ההזמנות

חיזוק קשרים עם לקוחות חוזרים, שימור והרחבת הפעילות.

מה שאנחנו מחפשים:

-ניסיון במכירות בתחום המתנות הארגוניות

-קשרים קיימים עם לקוחות עסקיים (ועדי עובדים, משאבי אנוש, מפיקי אירועים, עמותות)

-כישורים בניהול מכירות מול לקוחות ארגוניים (B2B)

-היכרות עם עולם המתנות לחגים, אירועים ולקוחות עסקיים.

-יכולת להעביר את הערכים שלנו: איכות גבוהה, עבודת יד, מסורת וקיימות.

-יתרון לחיבור עם קהלים דתיים, מסורתיים, רוחניים, ומחוברים לערכים של מלאכת יד מקומית מחומרים טבעיים.
