📍 Location: Petah Tikva, Israel

We are a privately held real estate and construction company, specializing in urban renewal projects, asset ownership, and land development.

The company is involved in planning, development, and execution of projects across all lifecycle stages, and is now strengthening its internal technology capabilities.

We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong data orientation to join our growing tech team.

The role focuses on backend development, data processing, and building automation and analytics infrastructure that supports core business processes.

You will work closely with Product, Data, and other development teams, and report directly to the Product Manager.

• Develop and maintain Python-based backend services
• Build data processing pipelines (ETL, Spark, Airflow)
• Design and implement REST APIs and integrations with external services
• Write efficient and optimized SQL queries and work with relational databases
• Build automation, CI/CD pipelines, and automated tests (Unit & Integration)
• Work in cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• Develop and deploy services using Docker / Kubernetes
• Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Engineering teams

• 5+ years of experience in Python development – mandatory
• Strong experience with SQL and databases – mandatory
• Experience building REST APIs and backend services – mandatory
• Experience with data processing / ETL pipelines or Spark – strong advantage
• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes / CI tools – advantage
• Familiarity with Airflow / Jenkins / Kafka – advantage
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field – mandatory
• Team player with strong system thinking and motivation to learn and grow
