Senior System Administrator 

Role Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior System Administrator to join our infrastructure team. This is a hands-on role focused on the end-to-end execution of complex projects, including the installation, upgrade, and optimization of systems, applications, and products.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and supporting a large-scale Windows Server environment, VMWare virtualization, and VDI (Horizon) infrastructures. You will be expected to take architectural designs and turn them into fully operational realities, ensuring high performance and system stability.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Implementation: Execute full-scale setup and integration of computer systems within complex architectural environments.
• Infrastructure Management: Install, upgrade, and support Microsoft, VMWare, and Linux environments.
• Server Operations: Build and maintain a large fleet of Windows Servers (2008-2019) and virtualized environments.
• VDI Support: Deploy and manage workstation infrastructure based on VMWare Horizon technology.
• Monitoring & Optimization: Proactively monitor system health via NOC/monitoring tools and resolve Tier-3 technical issues.
• Scripting & Automation: Write and maintain PowerShell scripts to streamline operations and deployment

Requirements:

• 5+ years as a System Administrator in Microsoft/Linux infrastructure within medium-to-large organizations.
• Proven experience in setup, maintenance, and upgrading of: Active Directory, Exchange, IIS, PKI, SCCM, and SCOM.
• Deep knowledge of VMWare Server, Horizon View (VDI), VRealize Orchestrator, and VRealize Operations.
• Hands-on experience with Veeam Backup & Replication.
• High proficiency in writing and understanding PowerShell scripts.
• Experience working with NetApp storage, backup systems, and networking equipment.
• Proven ability to lead infrastructure projects from planning to execution.
