Risk Management Analyst - Junior Level Opportunity

Tranzila, a fast-growing payment acquiring and processing company, is looking for a Junior Risk Management Analyst to join its Risk team in a meaningful, hands-on role at the core of the company’s operations.

This is a key internal role, designed especially for graduates at the beginning of their professional journey who are eager to enter the worlds of payments, financial operations, and risk management - with real responsibility, learning, and long-term growth potential.

What will you be doing?

• Reviewing and analyzing new merchants during the onboarding process
• Performing ongoing risk monitoring and controls on active merchants
• Working with reports, data, and internal monitoring systems
• Identifying anomalies and unusual activity, and drawing insights
• Tracking compliance with defined merchant terms (collateral, guarantees, settlement conditions)
• Documenting decisions and findings clearly and accurately in internal systems
• Working closely with internal teams and, when needed, directly with merchants

Who is this role for?

• Bachelor’s degree graduates in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or similar fields
• Junior candidates at the start of their career - no prior experience required
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers and data
• Good Excel skills - required
• Basic SQL knowledge - an advantage
• High sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and willingness to learn
• Strong communication skills and confidence when interacting with stakeholders
