Your Team, Your Impact

Marvell’s Software Solutions & AI Group is looking for an experienced Staff Software & AI Engineer to build and deploy high-impact engineering software and AI-enabled solutions. This role combines robust software architecture, scalable automation, and the practical application of Machine Learning(ML) and Deep Learning(DL) methods.

You will take end-to-end technical ownership of sophisticated software systems and automation frameworks that leverage data and intelligent algorithms to solve complex system-level challenges. While the primary focus remains on high-quality, scalable software engineering, you will strategically apply AI/ML/DL approaches to enhance solutions and improve day-to-day engineering workflows.

You will work in close collaboration with hardware, validation, systems, and software teams, considering real hardware constraints and system-level interactions, and translating data-driven opportunities into robust, operational solutions.

What You Can Expect

• Experience deploying and managing ML models in production (MLOps).
• Experience with distributed data processing for high-volume engineering datasets.
• Familiarity with Docker, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience handling and processing large-scale engineering data.
  
  

Required Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with demonstrated ownership of complex systems or solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience applying AI/ML/DL methods in real-world software systems
• Solid understanding of AI/ML/DL workflows and models, including data preparation, training, validation/testing, and evaluation.
• Experience integrating AI-driven components into larger software systems or automation frameworks.
• Strong Python skills (required), hands-on experience with AI/ML/DL libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn), and experience in C++/C# or similar languages.
• Proven ability to design and build scalable, maintainable software architectures.
• Ability to design solutions with awareness of system-level behavior and hardware constraints.
• Experience working in Linux-based environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across software, hardware, and validation teams.
