Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Control Inspector located in Afula. The Quality Control Inspector will oversee daily inspections to ensure compliance with established quality standards, perform quality assurance checks, and document findings through detailed reports. Responsibilities include identifying non-conformities, collaborating with production teams to implement corrective actions, and maintaining up-to-date inspection and quality records. The individual will play a key role in supporting quality management processes to ensure product reliability and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Inspection processes to ensure high product standards and compliance.
• Experience with Quality Management practices, including maintaining quality systems and implementing improvements.
• Strong Communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and clear documentation of findings.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to dynamic workflows.
• Relevant certifications or training in quality control or related fields are an advantage.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is preferred.
