*R&D Project Manager – Multidisciplinary Tech*

📍 Full-time | Petah Tikva | Hands-on

We’re hiring a *hands-on R&D Project Manager* to lead complex, end-to-end projects across software, electronics, and mechanics teams.

*Your mission:*

• Lead project timelines, risk & task management

• Run weekly status meetings (IPT)

• Coordinate cross-team collaboration

• Drive technical execution and delivery

• Own documentation, demos & stakeholder syncs

*You bring:*

✔ B.Sc. in Engineering

✔ Experience managing multidisciplinary R&D projects

✔ Strong technical background – software + hardware

✔ Mastery of Jira & Confluence

✔ Great communication & leadership skills

✔ Fluent English

*Big plus:*

✦ Aerospace / Autonomous aviation background

• ✦ Product management experiencethon and experience with backend development
• Expertise in building scalable infrastructure systems and designing end-to-end solutions
• Experience with API development, microservices architecture, and web frameworks such as Django or Flask
• Familiarity with databases and data storage solutions, including SQL and NoSQL databases
• Proficiency in debugging, performance tuning, and code optimization
• Knowledge of DevOps concepts, containerization, and deployment tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is beneficial
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
