Director of Finance - IL Remote (reports to CEO)

Visually is a young fast-growing, lean, nearly-bootstrapped and profitable SaaS company.

We’re looking for a finance leader to own the function end-to-end -from the “hands on” ops work to strategic planning - and build the foundation as we scale.

What you’ll do

• Own finance across Israel + US: bookkeeping oversight, month-end close, invoicing, payroll & benefits.
• Run day-to-day finance operations: cash management, payments, bank/credit cards, vendor & contractor management.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, budget vs. actuals, cash flow planning, and management reporting.
• Own SaaS KPI reporting and P&L structure.
• Manage compliance and coordination with external partners: contracts, filings, policies.
• Support strategic needs: multi-currency exposure (USD/NIS), cost controls, and data room readiness.

What you bring

• 5+ years of financial-analytical experience in a high-growth environment (Tech/SaaS).
• Comfortable operating as a hands-on owner in a lean environment (you build the process and run it).
• Strong execution: fast, structured, detail-obsessed, and reliable under changing priorities.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Excellent communication and ability to partner closely with a CEO and a remote team.
