iTalent - Hire Smarter looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Talented Team to recruit technology professionals using advanced sourcing and recruitment tools for stategic companies.

If you want to gain great experience in High Tech recruitment, we will take you there step by step and expose you to the most advanced techniques using innovative tools that help you succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a pool of qualified candidates through all sources

• Initiate new paths for sourcing passive candidates

• Coordinate the hiring process while working closely with hiring managers

• Recruiting candidates using social media: LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.

• Proven Experience in developing and maintaining contact, focusing on our client needs

• Strategically focused and responsible for client satisfaction,

• Maintaining client communication, and retention activities.

• Identifies new business opportunities for our clients.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in technical recruitment in an orgasnization - Must

• Fluent in Hebrew and English, reading, writing, and verbal.
