NGSOFT is looking for a professional and experienced Salesforce System Analyst to join a winning team and work on diverse, challenging, and innovative technology projects.

🔍 Role Responsibilities

• Analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements
• Write functional and technical specification documents (HLD / DD)
• Design and define business processes within the Salesforce platform
• Work closely with customers and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with implementation and development teams to ensure accurate delivery

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce System Analyst
• Proven experience working directly with clients - a must
• Experience with specifications and integrations - an advantage
• Relevant academic background (Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, etc.) - a strong advantage
• Familiarity with Visio / Lucidchart - an advantage
