- Strong leadership, motivation, and high-level execution capabilities

- Managing an external SOC: defining the service, governance, KPIs/metrics, monitoring processes, and incident response
- Cyber incident management: incident response processes, exercises, crisis management, and lessons learned
- Security in projects and development: overseeing security aspects from agreement stage through go-live
- Privacy and personal data protection: managing privacy aspects in collaboration with the company’s DPO
- Awareness and training: organizational training program, phishing simulations, and fostering a security culture
- Presenting to various committees / board of directors
- Leading/supporting Business Continuity (BCP/DR) and emergency preparedness
