SQL Database Administrator

We are looking for an experienced MSSQL DBA to join the Database Team, responsible for the operation, maintenance, performance, and high availability of mission-critical production systems.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience as a Production MSSQL DBA
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of MSSQL servers
• Backup, restore, and Disaster Recovery (DR) management
• Experience with AlwaysOn Availability Groups and Failover Clustering
• Performance tuning and query optimization
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis
• T-SQL scripting and automation
• Collaboration with development and infrastructure teams
• Strong understanding of Windows Server
• PowerShell knowledge – advantage
• Experience building automations and reports

Additional Information:

• Experience in large organizations and/or critical systems – strong advantage
• Availability for non-standard hours in case of critical incidents
