We are looking for an experienced MSSQL DBA to join the Database Team, responsible for the operation, maintenance, performance, and high availability of mission-critical production systems.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience as a Production MSSQL DBA
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of MSSQL servers
- Backup, restore, and Disaster Recovery (DR) management
- Experience with AlwaysOn Availability Groups and Failover Clustering
- Performance tuning and query optimization
- Monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance analysis
- T-SQL scripting and automation
- Collaboration with development and infrastructure teams
- Strong understanding of Windows Server
- PowerShell knowledge – advantage
- Experience building automations and reports
Additional Information:
- Experience in large organizations and/or critical systems – strong advantage
- Availability for non-standard hours in case of critical incidents
