This is a full-time, on-site role for a Linux System Administrator located in West Jerusalem. The Linux System Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining Linux-based systems, ensuring system stability, and optimizing infrastructure performance. They will handle server configurations, system updates, monitoring, troubleshooting, backups, and recovery processes. The role also involves implementing best practices for security, supporting cross-functional teams, and documenting system processes and changes.

• Strong proficiency in Linux system administration, including installation, configuration, and maintenance
• Experience with server management, performance tuning, and monitoring
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl
• Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
• Problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose and resolve system-level issues
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies and cloud infrastructure is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
• Exceptional communication and documentation skills
• Certifications such as Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) or Linux Professional Institute Certification (LPIC) are a plus
