AI System Testing

We’re looking for someone with a hands-on approach, strong system-level understanding, and a genuine passion for quality - with a focus on leveraging AI technologies, Generative AI tools to enhance both manual and automated testing processes.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in integrating AI-based tools, driving efficiency, and ensuring product excellence across complex multidisciplinary systems.

You’ll collaborate closely with QA peers, R&D, Product Management, and Account Managers to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop test data using AI-assisted tools and predictive analytics to improve defect discovery.

• Lead quality initiatives and drive continuous improvement across manual and automated testing processes.

• Design and execute test strategies, plans, and cases for complex multidisciplinary products (SW/HW/Cloud).

• Introduce and integrate AI-based testing tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

• Analyze defects, identify root causes, and propose preventive actions using data-driven and AI-supported insights.

• Implement and optimize automation frameworks (C#, Python, Selenium, or Playwright).

• Integrate AI-based tools for test generation, anomaly detection, and visual validation.

• Research emerging AI testing technologies and lead internal POCs.

• Deliver actionable insights using dashboards and analytics integrated into CI/CD.

• Contribute to release management by validating software and hardware components to ensure robust and stable GA versions.

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Computer Science, Computer/Electronics Engineering, or equivalent field.

• 5+ years of experience in QA (manual and automation)- must.

• Hands-on experience with AI-based testing tools or frameworks (e.g., Testim, Mabl, Functionize, Katalon with AI, etc.)- must.

• Proven experience with QA methodologies, frameworks, and tools (e.g., TFS, Selenium, Python, or similar).

• Experience in developing or maintaining test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration- advantage.

• Strong analytical mindset; ability to interpret AI-generated reports and logs.

• Experience in API testing (Postman, REST Assured) and test data management – advantage.

• Experience in multidisciplinary environments (SW/HW/Cloud/IoT)- advantage.
