Firon Law Firm is seeking a talented and motivated Lawyer to join its High-Tech & Gaming practice.

Firon Law Firm has a strong and well-respected tech and startup practice. The firm specializes in supporting tech companies in every industry and sector, from startups to huge multinationals.
The firm provides its clients full support over the entire lifecycle of the company from founding through all the financing rounds from the seed stage, representation during routine operations, preparing complicated tech licensing, employment and all other required agreements, until its sale (exit). Firon’s advocates have experience spanning the complex activities of its clients, including supporting their international operations.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in commercial practice within the high-tech, gaming and/or M&A sectors – mandatory
- Proven experience drafting and negotiating agreements – mandatory
- Experience working with international clients – mandatory
- Experience with software licensing agreements – an advantage
- Experience in a leading law firm – an advantage
