A large, stable organization is looking for a Systems Analysis Team Lead to play a key role in the design and leadership of a mission-critical investment system, built in a modern and advanced technological environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage a team of systems analysts (hands-on leadership)

• Take part in building work plans in close collaboration with business stakeholders

• Own end-to-end system analysis: High-Level Design (HLD) & Low-Level Design (LLD)

• Gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into system solutions

• Work on a new, mission-critical investment platform

• Design systems based on Python microservices architecture

• Work with Kubernetes (K8s), SQL Server, React-based interfaces, and AI analytics layers

• Establish ongoing working routines with business stakeholders and ensure delivery commitments

• Design scalable, maintainable systems with resilience and future adaptability in mind

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Team Lead – mandatory

• 5+ years of experience in complex systems analysis (HLD & LLD) – mandatory

• Strong system analysis skills combined with solid technical understanding – mandatory

• Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders – mandatory

Advantages:

• Experience with Python development

• Background in Finance / Economics / Computer Science

• Experience with microservices architectures, Kubernetes, or advanced analytics systems
