UI Designer

We’re now hiring a UI Designer for our studio to ensure every player’s interaction is not only delightful but also safe and compliant. Why is this role different

• As a UI Designer at GTH Software, you will be responsible for crafting visually engaging and intuitive user interfaces for our online games platform.
• You’ll collaborate closely with product teams to design wireframes, UI components, and assets, ensuring a seamless and immersive player experience.
• Your work will involve user flows, prototyping, and refining visual elements based on player feedback and gameplay data.
• Additionally, you’ll support live operations by collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance player engagement, optimize monetization features, and ensure consistent design quality across platforms.

What you’ll do

• Design UI screens for an online platform of casino games — including game interfaces, pop-ups, basic animations, and UX micro-interactions.
• Collaborate with Product, Development, and other teams to gather requirements, understand needs, and hand off designs for implementation.
• Ensure consistent visual language and high design quality across platforms, including flows, wireframes, and user journeys.
• Build and maintain component libraries and design systems tailored for each project.
• Work closely with illustrators, animators, and developers to ensure full integration of designs.
• New in-game features from concept to execution.
• Cross-team projects supporting live ops, monetization, and player engagement.

What you bring

• Over 4 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally within relation to mobile games or applications.
• Exceptional attention to UI craftsmanship, with the ability to create original, production-ready visual assets.
• Strong visual design skills combined with a solid understanding of user experience principles.
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
• Confident in presenting ideas and articulating design decisions effectively.
• Strong command of:
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Adobe XD
• Figma
• Zeplin

Nice-to-haves

• Background in gaming or mobile B2C products.
• Experience with animation or motion design tools such as Spine or After Effects.
• Understanding of live game systems and monetization strategies.

• Experience in Agile environments.
• Basic knowledge of SVG animation or After Effects.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
