Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain a robust GitLab infrastructure to support enterprise-level development workflows.
- Define architecture standards and best practices for GitLab deployment, scalability, and security.
- Lead professional services engagements, providing technical guidance and strategic consulting to clients.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to ensure seamless integration of GitLab into CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage migration projects from legacy systems to GitLab, ensuring minimal disruption and optimal performance.
- Deliver training and workshops to internal teams and customers on GitLab features and advanced usage.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in architecting and deploying GitLab solutions in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD principles, DevOps practices, and software development lifecycle.
- Expertise in GitLab administration, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for managing client-facing projects.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
