Controller (Finance Team)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller to join its finance team. Reporting directly to the Head of Controllership (UK) and dotted-line to the VP of Finance, this role is pivotal in overseeing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all finance and accounting operations.

• Prepare and review accurate financial reports in accordance with applicable standards.

• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll processes.

• Coordinate and supervise the work of external bookkeepers.

• Maintain strong relationships and effective communication with suppliers.

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 2–4 years of experience – mandatory.

• Background in one of the Big 4 accounting firms – mandatory.

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Controller or Controller – mandatory.

• Experience in a global organization – advantageous.

• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical capabilities.

• Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatory.
