LLM Engineer

A startup developing an AI-based product that monitors elderly individuals at home, helping care companies build high-quality care plans, predict risks, and prevent incidents.

The company is located in Tel Aviv, near public transportation, operates a hybrid work model with two days from home, employs dozens of people globally (mostly in Israel), and is experiencing significant growth.

The Role

• Report to the Head of Engineering and join the Backend team
• Opportunity to quickly grow into a Tech Lead role
• Develop a new product from scratch in the field of voice-based Agent AI, leveraging LLMs
• Backend development using Python with FastAPI in an AWS environment
• Work with PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Kafka, Spark, and Microservices
• Lead and execute development projects, contributing to the product architecture and delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Backend Developer
• Strong development experience in Python
• Experience working in cloud environments
• Experience with Microservices architectures
• Experience working in product companies
