Role Description

We are looking for a Head of Product to own and scale our core product experiences across data ingestion, AI-driven insights, physician workflows, and patient adherence, while serving as the connective tissue between medical scientific rigor, engineering execution, and real-world clinical users.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, understands regulated healthcare, and can turn clinical and technical complexity into clear, decisive product direction.

You will work closely with engineering, data science, clinical leadership, design, and go-to-market teams to define what we build, why it matters, and how it delivers measurable value to physicians and patients.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with clinical, technical, and commercial leadership and have real ownership over product strategy and execution. This is a rare opportunity to help define a new category, not just optimize an existing one.

Qualifications:

Must-Have

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare, healthtech, or regulated SaaS
• Proven ability to own complex products end-to-end in ambiguous environments
• Strong analytical and structured thinking with high attention to detail
• Experience working closely with engineering and data teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong Plus

• Experience with clinical workflows, EHRs, labs, or medical data
• Familiarity with AI-driven or data-heavy products
• Understanding of healthcare compliance concepts such as HIPAA, SOC2, and clinical safety
• Experience building tools for professional users rather than pure consumer apps
