Director of Development | Large-Scale B2C Fintech Product

We’re looking for a Director of Development with a strong client-side and mobile orientation to lead the development of a large-scale B2C fintech product used daily by millions of users.

This role is about owning the client experience end to end - from architecture and performance, through development practices, to delivery at scale. You’ll partner closely with product and business leaders, shaping the roadmap and ensuring that client platforms are fast, stable, secure, and built for growth.
