People Analytics Lead

A leading financial organization is seeking an experienced People Analytics Lead.

This is a hands-on, expert position focused on data infrastructure, advanced analytics, and research in the HR domain, supporting data-driven decision-making related to people and organizational performance.

• Leading the People Analytics domain from a professional perspective, including data infrastructure development and HR-related research
• Ongoing work with large-scale data sources across the Technology Division (workforce, compensation, procurement, projects, budgets, etc.)
• Developing and maintaining analytical models using SQL
• Developing and maintaining dashboards using Qlik Sense
• Presenting insights, conclusions, and recommended actions to managers and senior stakeholders
• Building predictive models, KPIs, and measurement tools; conducting ad-hoc and periodic analyses combining business understanding with data
• Providing ongoing support to internal data users and stakeholders
• Supporting division-wide compensation processes, including salary reviews, bonuses, and excellence programs

Requirements:

• Proven experience in People Analytics
• 3–5 years of experience developing analytical models using SQL
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Accounting, or a related field – an advantage
• Experience in dashboard development and data visualization
• Experience with Qlik Sense – an advantage
• Experience working with SAP – an advantage
• Very high proficiency in Excel
• Experience collecting, consolidating, and presenting data, including reports and presentations, with the ability to move from micro-level analysis to macro insights
• Familiarity with workforce planning, headcount standards, and budget management, including compensation budgets
