CTO for a New Tech Arm

We are looking for an experienced technology leader to drive a revolution in the construction industry.

We are a publicly traded real estate and construction group, integrating the entire supply chain of the construction industry. We are currently establishing a new technological arm within the group. Our Goal: To transform the group's unique execution capabilities and data into advanced technological products to be sold to the construction and real estate sectors, with a strong focus on global markets.

The Role

We are looking for a Hands-on CTO—a leader who can actively participate in coding and architecture while leading this new venture.

• You will define the technology stack, manage the architecture, and build the development team from scratch.
• You will lead the development of products involving Automation, AI, and advanced data analysis.
• Our Advantage: The company serves as a Design Partner and an ultimate sandbox, providing access to real-time transaction data and on-site construction data.

Requirements

System Architecture & Scalability:

• Proven ability to design Distributed Systems architecture intended for rapid connectivity.
• Experience building Scale-out infrastructure capable of handling high loads.
• Experience driving parallel processes without performance loss (High Scale, Low Latency).
• Ability to solve complex faults and understand deep system behavior.

Web Automation & Reverse Engineering:

• Expertise in Automation & Scraping (specifically Playwright/Puppeteer).
• Experience working with WebSockets and analyzing network traffic.
• Deep understanding of protocols and solving complex engineering challenges.
• Experience interfacing with Legacy systems and closed platforms.

Data & AI Strategy:

• Planning and building multiple Data Pipelines.
• LLM integration and usage of Vector Databases to extract deep insights from data depths.

Technical Leadership:

• Proven ability to recruit, motivate, and lead developers.
• Conducting Code Reviews, setting development standards, and maintaining high Code Quality.
