A leading digital platform is looking for a Director of Growth & Operations to drive strategic execution and commercial growth. This high-impact role works closely with senior leadership to turn strategy into measurable results across Sales, Marketing, and Product.

Location: Center of Israel, on-site 

What you will do:

🔸Lead go-to-market execution for key commercial initiatives such as pricing, new products, services, and partnerships.

🔸Own marketplace performance metrics and optimize commercial processes to increase efficiency and sales velocity.

🔸Translate commercial needs into clear priorities for Product and operationalize strategic partnerships end to end.

What you bring:

🔸At least 3 years in top-tier strategy consulting such as McKinsey, BCG, Shaldor, or TASC, with experience in BizOps, Commercial Operations, or Revenue roles.

🔸At least 4 years in the mobility, automotive, or technology ecosystem, with strong influencing skills in matrix environments.
