Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Practical Engineer located in Israel. The Practical Engineer will be responsible for performing technical troubleshooting, testing systems, working with engineering teams for integration and installations, and maintaining high-performance operations. Responsibilities include ensuring quality standards in technical processes, supporting system certifications, and assisting with ground and flight testing as required.

Qualifications

• Technical proficiency in system troubleshooting, testing, and maintenance.
• Experience with system integration and installation processes.
• Attention to detail and familiarity with quality assurance standards.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and logistics teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with hands-on technical capabilities.
• Experience in aviation or aerospace industries is highly advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in English. Hebrew proficiency is beneficial.
