We are looking for a hands-on Information Systems Department Manager to join Tipuli Tech. We are the technological arm of "Tipuli Ad HaBayit", developing advanced software and hardware solutions in the HealthTech space. Our mission is to provide robust tech support and services to over 850 professionals deployed nationwide.
Our headquarters are in Holon at Amot Campus tower, Working from office.
Reporting directly to the CTO, you will serve as the organizational authority for all Information Systems. You will lead, optimize, and evolve our IS department while maintaining a "service-first" culture.
What will you do?- Lead & Manage: Manage the department’s employees, ensuring systemic order and daily tracking of all tasks and processes.
- Hands-on Leadership: You won't just manage; you will lead complex technical tasks and step in to solve high-level problems when needed.
- Service Excellence: Provide exceptional support to department staff and the wider organization, acting as a patient and professional enabler for our 850+ field professionals.
- Strategy & Execution: Drive long-term processes from planning to documentation.
- The "Extra Mile" Attitude: A true team player with high service consciousness, patience, and the ability to solve problems in real-time.
- Tech Stack: Strong knowledge of Linux, Windows, familiarity with Web Development worlds, and experience with Hardware/Software integration.
- Methodologies: Experienced in Project Management using Jira and Agile methodologies.
- Documentation: Ability to create and maintain high-level technical documentation.
- IT: Provide assistance in tech issues related to PC using the company IT services.
