A leading global high-tech company specializing in 5G cellular IoT chips and AI computing technologies.

The company operates from a hybrid office in the center of the city (2 days from home) with shuttle service from Tel Aviv and employs a large workforce.

The role includes:

  • Developing and implementing advanced RF calibration processes.
  • Performing simulation and verification of RF calibrations.
  • Writing requirements for software teams to configure RF channels according to 3GPP standards.
  • Troubleshooting system-level issues, including complex RF, PHY, and algorithmic scenarios.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Electrical & Electronics Engineering
  • 3 years of experience in communications/cellular systems
  • Strong knowledge of MATLAB and Python
  • Deep understanding of RF systems
  • Experience with 3GPP LTE standards / 5G
  • Knowledge of high-level system constraints
  • Hands-on lab experience, including RF experiments and testing
  • Experience with IEEE 802.11 Wi-Fi – advantage
  • Coding experience – advantage
