Senior System Engineer - 229428

A successful defense company based in Ashdod is seeking a Senior System Engineer.

Responsibilities:

The role includes leading all aspects of the directorate’s processing and fusion centers, from defining future product lines to executing development plans and leading engineering processes.

This includes analyzing customer requirements and operational needs, defining system characteristics and requirements, establishing work interfaces and coordination with various technological bodies, and supporting development processes.

The position involves ongoing work with customers, system maturation throughout the development and delivery phases, including international travel several times a year.

Additionally, the role includes leading algorithmic aspects and working with intelligence processing and data fusion centers.

Requirements:

A B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering – mandatory.

An M.Sc. in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science – an advantage.

At least 8 years of experience in a Systems Engineering or Chief Product Manager role – mandatory.

Background in intelligence systems (ELINT, COMINT, etc.) – mandatory.

Experience in algorithm development – mandatory.

Background and experience in CTO-level roles – an advantage.

Graduates of elite technological units in engineering or operator roles – an advantage.

High level of English proficiency – written, reading, and spoken.

Willingness to work overtime.

Willingness to travel abroad approximately 3–4 times per year.

Strong leadership abilities, cognitive flexibility, excellent organizational skills, high self-learning capability, and strong interpersonal skills.
