Senior Backend Software Engineer

Technical Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in at least one strongly typed language (Java,
TypeScript, or Rust), including leading the design and ownership of production systems
end-to-end.
- Proven experience making architectural and technology trade-off decisions in production
environments.
- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React) and the ability to collaborate
effectively with front-end engineers.
- Experience working with high-performance or parallel computing systems (e.g., GPU
acceleration, multi-threading), including performance analysis and optimization; direct
CUDA/OpenCL experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong hands-on experience deploying, operating, and troubleshooting production
systems using Docker and Kubernetes, including scaling, observability, and failure
handling.
- Proven experience designing, evolving, and maintaining APIs (REST, GraphQL, gRPC)
used by multiple teams or services.
Experience working with and improving continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD)
pipelines.
- Demonstrated ownership of complex software systems in production, including
architecture, technical decision-making, and long-term maintainability.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
- Knowledge of database design and management (SQL and NoSQL)
- Understanding of security best practices in software development.
- xperience mentoring engineers, leading code reviews, and setting technical standards
within a team.
