We are looking for a senior Software Lead to take a central and strategic role in a fast-growing Deep Tech startup, developing complex, cutting edge technology.
Responsibilities:
🔸Lead the overall software architecture of the system
🔸Own DevOps, infrastructure, databases, and application development
🔸Make key architectural decisions with a strong focus on scalability, performance, and reliability
🔸Lead and manage software development teams
🔸Work closely with cross-functional technical and business stakeholders
Qualifications
🔸15+ years of experience in software development across multiple domains
🔸10+ years of experience in server based software architecture, with a strong emphasis on scalability
🔸10+ years of experience leading and managing software teams
🔸Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
🔸Broad system level thinking and ability to work with complex systems
🔸Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
