As part of our ongoing expansion and renewal, we are seeking a Procurement Buyer to join our team in Be’er Sheva. This is a unique opportunity to take on a central and impactful role within the core of our manufacturing operations, in a professional, dynamic, and long-term environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for raw material inventory planning and procurement for production needs
• Manage relationships with local and global suppliers, maintaining ongoing communication
• Lead commercial negotiations, identify new suppliers, and drive cost-reduction initiatives
• Create purchase orders and perform continuous follow-up to ensure timely execution
• Coordinate, expedite, and monitor deliveries
• Work closely with international freight forwarders and shipping companies
• Collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders across the organization

Location: Be’er Sheva

Working Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00–17:00

Requirements:

• Proven experience in procurement in similar roles, preferably within an industrial/manufacturing company
• Strong understanding of complex logistics processes and experience working in an industrial environment
• Experience and familiarity with import processes
• High level of English proficiency – mandatory
• Demonstrated experience in commercial negotiations
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to manage multiple internal and external interfaces
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree – mandatory
