Position Title Operations Manager

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Operations Manager who will oversee and optimize the daily operations of Cyber Security Partners. The Operations Manager will be responsible for streamlining business processes, managing client relationships, coordinating consulting projects, and ensuring efficient resource allocation. This role requires strong organizational skills, business acumen, and the ability to work across different time zones with Asian market clients and partners.

Employment Type Part-time, Remote

Compensation Hourly contract basis (depending on experience and qualifications)

Expected Hours 10-15 hours per week (flexible schedule with some availability during Asian business hours)

Contract Duration Initial 6-month contract with strong potential for extension and transition to permanent position based on performance

Key Responsibilities

Business Operations

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow across all business functions
• Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation for consulting engagements
• Create and maintain operational dashboards and KPI tracking systems
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement efficiency initiatives

Client & Partner Management

• Serve as primary point of contact for operational matters with clients and partners
• Coordinate onboarding processes for new clients and consulting engagements
• Maintain strong relationships with hedge funds, startups, and strategic partners
• Ensure timely and quality delivery of consulting services
• Handle contract administration and compliance documentation

Financial & Administrative Operations

• Manage invoicing, payment tracking, and accounts receivable processes
• Prepare financial reports and budget forecasts
• Coordinate with contractors and specialists on project assignments
• Oversee vendor relationships and procurement processes
• Maintain organized documentation and filing systems

Team Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate meetings across different time zones
• Facilitate communication between technical specialists and clients
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new consultants and specialists

Market Development Support

• Assist in business development activities and proposal preparation
• Conduct market research on Asian cybersecurity markets and competitors
• Maintain CRM systems and track business development pipeline

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
• Minimum 4 years of operations management or business operations experience
• Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder projects and deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, or similar)
• Advanced Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills (particularly Excel/Sheets)
• Experience with CRM systems and business analytics tools
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in a remote, distributed team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consulting, professional services, or technology sectors
• Familiarity with cybersecurity industry terminology and market dynamics
• Prior experience working with Asian markets or international clients
• Knowledge of Korean, Mandarin, Japanese, or Hebrew
• Experience with financial operations or working with financial sector clients
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum)
• Background in business development or sales operations

• Fully remote position with flexible working hours

• Some availability required during Asian business hours (GMT+8 to GMT+9)
