Manager System Analysis

We are looking for a Systems Analysis Team Lead to join a large-scale, complex technology environment.

The team is responsible for designing and building a new, mission-critical operational system for an investment domain, based on a modern microservices architecture.

The system supports core business processes such as data ingestion, processing, financial calculations, analytics, reporting, and financial transactions, and is used for monitoring, control, and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of systems analysts
• Take part in building work plans in close collaboration with business stakeholders
• Own end-to-end system analysis: high-level and detailed design
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into clear specifications
• Define solution approaches aligned with business and technical needs
• Establish regular working routines with business partners and ensure alignment
• Track progress, milestones, and delivery commitments
• Work in a modern technology stack environment (microservices, cloud-native infrastructure)

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a Team Lead – mandatory
• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis of complex systems, including High-Level Design and Low-Level Design – mandatory
• Strong analytical and specification skills combined with solid technical understanding – mandatory
• Proven experience working directly with business stakeholders and gathering requirements – mandatory
• Experience with Python development – advantage
• Academic background in Computer Science or Economics/Finance – advantage
