We’re hiring a Mobile Account Manager to build, run, and scale mobile performance activity TenX Ads.
TenX Ads is a performance marketing agency/ad-network specializing in mobile and desktop (CPI CPA CPL), working with advertisers and publishers globally.
CashPilots is the company’s flagship product — a rewarded, mobile-first platform that monetizes users through offers, apps, search, content, and other performance-driven models.
This role is not inheriting a finished setup.
You will build it bottom-up — partners, inventory, processes, tracking, optimization, and scale — operating across agency, network, and leverage CashPilots's position, while managing advertiser and supply relationships under TenX Ads.
The right candidate knows how to identify problems, remove roadblocks, and execute independently without being spoon-fed.
Key Responsibilities
Build & Own the Operation (Bottom-Up)
- Grow the mobile performance activity to scale.
- Source, onboard, and grow publishers, networks, and direct advertisers
- Bring a proven publisher inventory; strong advantage if bringing direct advertisers
- Define processes, flows, and best practices as the operation grows
Account & Partner Management
- Operate as agency, network, and direct publisher
- Own advertiser and publisher relationships end-to-end
- Lead commercial discussions, caps, payouts, scaling decisions, and optimizations
- Act as the single owner responsible for results
Performance & Optimization
- Run and scale CPI / CPA / CPL / hybrid campaigns
- Monitor installs, events, ROI, retention, fraud, and traffic quality
- Diagnose performance issues and solve them independently
- Balance aggressive growth with compliance and sustainability
Tracking, Tools & Execution
- Hands-on ownership of Appsflyer and other MMPs
- Seamless daily use of Affise and Swaarm
- Set up and troubleshoot postbacks, attribution, events, and reporting
- Ensure clean, reliable data across all partners
Problem Solving & Roadblocks
- Identify technical, operational, or commercial blockers early
- Solve challenges without escalation whenever possible
- Move fast, test, adapt, and iterate under pressure and tight targets
Requirements
- 3+ years in mobile performance marketing
- Proven experience building operations from scratch
- Strong background working with publishers worldwide.
- Have an plug and play inventory of direct advertisers (major advantage)
- Deep hands-on knowledge of Appsflyer and MMPs
- Advanced experience with Affise and Swaarm (must-have)
- Independent operator with a builder mindset
- Thrives under pressure, targets, and ambiguity
- Go-getter attitude — thinks, executes, and owns outcomes
- Strong English communication skills
