🚀 Embedded Software Test Engineer | Real-Time (Airborne/Defense Tech)

If you love digging into complex systems, chasing edge-cases, and validating software that runs in real-time embedded environments — this role is for you.

We’re hiring a Senior Embedded Software Test Engineer to lead and execute testing for advanced Real-Time / RT Embedded software, working closely with R&D, simulators, test equipment, and (sometimes) real hardware.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute test plans for Real-Time / Embedded software
• Run tests, analyze results, investigate issues, and drive quality forward
• Write and maintain professional test documentation: STP / STD / STR
• Work with simulators and test equipment (lab tools) in a hands-on environment
• Participate in peer reviews and collaborate across engineering teams

Must-have requirements:

✅ B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Computer Science

✅ 5+ years of experience developing tests for Real-Time / Real-Time Embedded systems

✅ Experience working with test equipment and simulators

✅ High-level English (written + spoken)

✅ ISTQB certified

✅ Proven experience writing STP, STD, STR test documents

✅ Hands-on work with hardware, including ability to read electrical schematics and operate lab equipment
