What You'll Be Doing

• Lead, mentor, and develop team leaders and groups of 20+ embedded software engineers and system architects
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with senior management to define and execute the embedded software development strategy
• Drive execution across multiple parallel projects and full product lifecycles
• Software Engineering Excellence
• Own architecture, design, and development of complex real-time embedded systems
• Ensure scalability, reliability, performance, and security across products
• Define and maintain high-quality development, testing, and validation processes

Requirements

B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent

15+ years of hands-on experience in Embedded / Real-Time software development

5+ years leading R&D teams, including 2+ years managing team leaders

Proven experience managing large, multidisciplinary teams (20+ engineers) in HW / SW / Systems environments

Strong technical expertise in embedded software architecture and design (low & high level) across the full product lifecycle

Experience leading technical design reviews, debugging complex system-level issues, and mentoring senior engineers

Hands-on experience with hardware integration, board bring-up, and close HW/SW collaboration, as well as application-level software integrations
