About the Role

TracePCB is looking for a Practical Electronic Engineer with a strong hands-on mindset and a “do-it-all” approach.

This is a broad and dynamic role, ideal for an engineer who wants to be involved in all stages of electronic development and manufacturing — from early design and bring-up, through testing and debugging, to production support and supplier interaction.

You will work in a small, professional, and fast-moving environment, with real exposure to R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain processes.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on work on electronic circuits: bring-up, testing, debugging, and integration
• Reading, understanding, and analyzing schematics and PCB designs
• Supporting and escorting PCB manufacturing, SMT, and hand assembly processes
• Performing functional tests and failure analysis
• Working with lab equipment (oscilloscope, multimeter, power supplies, etc.)
• Assisting with BOM preparation and technical documentation
• Working with local and overseas suppliers and manufacturing partners
• Supporting projects across different stages — from concept to production

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or Practical Electronics degree – required
• 0–3 years of relevant hands-on experience
• Strong practical mindset and willingness to work across multiple domains
• Good understanding of analog and digital electronics
• Experience working with lab equipment – required
• Ability to learn independently and take ownership
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Good technical English
