Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cruise and Tour Operator located in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The role involves managing reservations, organizing guided tours and travel packages, assisting customers with travel and tourism-related inquiries, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Cruise and Tour Operator will also work collaboratively with the sales and production teams to meet customer needs and contribute to the growth and success of ISSTA.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in travel and tourism services, including guided tours and planning travel itineraries.
• Experience in customer service and the ability to provide excellent support to travelers.
• Strong knowledge and skills in reservations and booking systems.
• Proven sales skills with a customer-focused approach to meet and exceed targets.
• Effective communication skills in Hebrew and English (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and collaborate with various teams.
• Familiarity with the Israeli tourism industry and trends is an advantage.
• Prior experience in the travel and tourism sector is beneficial.
