Position Overview

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – required
• Proven experience in Systems Engineering within complex engineering programs
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and interfaces
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, software, avionics)
• Ability to define, manage, and trace system requirements throughout the development lifecycle
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
  

• Mechanical engineering background with hands-on mechanical design experience
• Aerospace or aviation industry experience, preferably in eVTOL or advanced aircraft programs
• Experience with thermal systems, heat transfer, and environmental constraints
• Knowledge of composite materials, aluminum structures, and material behavior
• Familiarity with fatigue analysis, reliability, and durability considerations

• Define system architecture and requirements for aircraft-level and subsystem-level designs
• Lead system integration, verification, and validation activities
• Support risk analysis, trade studies, and technical decision-making
• Work closely with program management and engineering leadership
