We are seeking a Software QA Team Leader for a global healthcare company located in the central region of Israel.

Responsibilities:

-Lead and manage a team of QA engineers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

-Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of software testing activities

-Develop and implement automated testing scripts

-Ensure the quality and performance of software systems by conducting thorough testing

-Maintain and improve quality management systems

Requirements:

5 years of experience as a Software QA Engineer
Experience with quality management systems
Knowledge of coding, with a preference for Java / Python / C#
Experience in developing automated testing scripts
Managerial experience
