Security Engineer

This role is ideal for someone with deep hands on experience in SIEMs, strong querying skills, and a solid understanding of how real world investigations are performed by SOC teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a library of investigation queries for leading SIEM platforms
• Design investigation logic for common alert types across identity, cloud, SaaS, data, network, and endpoint
• Monitor and continuously improve query quality, performance, and coverage
• Work closely with research, product, and engineering teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Security Engineer, Detection Engineer, or SOC Engineer
• Strong hands on experience with SIEM platforms and advanced query writing
• Deep understanding of investigation flows for common security alerts
• Strong familiarity with security and IT data sources such as IDPs, EDRs, cloud platforms, and SaaS tools
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• Scripting and automation experience
