Who We're Looking For - The Dream Maker

We’re seeking a highly skilled Webflow Developer to take ownership of Chargeflow’s website, landing pages, and marketing tools in a part-time (60%) role. This position requires on-site collaboration at our office 3 days per week, working closely with our design and marketing teams to translate Figma designs into high-performing Webflow pages, build engaging animations, and optimize for conversion.

This is a high-impact, fast-paced role where you’ll directly influence how potential customers experience our brand.

Your Arena - Know your impact 💥

• Build new web pages and microsites in Webflow from scratch using Figma designs, within our existing framework.
• Develop custom animations and interactions in Webflow to enhance engagement.
• Create interactive tools (lead magnets, quizzes, calculators, etc.) to drive pipeline.
• Implement and manage A/B & CRO experiments using tools like VWO, Optimizely, or similar.
• Manage on-page analytics, events, and tracking integrations.
• Optimize site speed, performance, and responsiveness.
• Work quickly and efficiently - balancing quality with speed of execution.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience developing with Webflow at scale.
• Strong portfolio of Webflow projects (animations, landing pages, interactive tools).
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (for custom code in Webflow).
• Experience with CRO/experimentation platforms (VWO, Optimizely).
• Solid understanding of analytics & tracking integrations (Google Tag Manager, GA4, etc.).
• Strong eye for detail, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot)
• MUST provide a portfolio of previous work and projects

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with SEO optimization in Webflow.
• Previous work in SaaS or eCommerce industries.
