Software Engineer

A leading start-up in the IoT space, developing advanced chip-based sensors that monitor themselves and their environment using semiconductor and RF technologies.

The company is backed by top international investors and has a global footprint.

The company is located in Tel Aviv near the train line, operates a hybrid work model with two days from home, and has a team of approximately 200 employees.

The role-

• Part of the development team, responsible for designing and implementing high-scale algorithmic data processing pipelines.
• Optimize resource consumption and monitor the performance of complex data workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Data Scientists to integrate ML models and algorithmic insights into the platform.
• Contribute to system architecture, design patterns, security, and cloud services.
• Development primarily in Java

Requirements-

• Relevant BSc degree.
• 5+ years of development experience.
• 2+ years of experience in data-centric projects.
• Strong proficiency in Flink.
• Strong proficiency in Kubernetes.
• Experience working with Cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging patterns for data pipelines.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with ML engineering – an advantage.
