The Role

We are looking for a hands-on Game Developer who will also serve as the CTO and technical leader. You will own the entire technical vision and execution — from architecture and infrastructure to gameplay systems and live readiness — and lead development from concept to scalable product.

What You’ll Do

Lead and build the full game and platform architecture
Develop the mobile game using a game engine (Unity preferred)
Build and maintain frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure
Make all core technical decisions and development standards
Collaborate closely with the Art Director to bring the vision to life

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience as a Game Developer and Technical Lead / CTO
Full-stack mindset with hands-on execution
Experience with Unity, backend systems, and scalable architectures
Comfortable building from zero in an early-stage startup
Passion for innovation, games, and creating something truly new
