The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Game Developer who will also serve as the CTO and technical leader. You will own the entire technical vision and execution — from architecture and infrastructure to gameplay systems and live readiness — and lead development from concept to scalable product.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and build the full game and platform architecture
- Develop the mobile game using a game engine (Unity preferred)
- Build and maintain frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure
- Make all core technical decisions and development standards
- Collaborate closely with the Art Director to bring the vision to life
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience as a Game Developer and Technical Lead / CTO
- Full-stack mindset with hands-on execution
- Experience with Unity, backend systems, and scalable architectures
- Comfortable building from zero in an early-stage startup
- Passion for innovation, games, and creating something truly new
