Yael Group is hiring a Manual QA Tester for a full-time position
Job Description:
- Perform software testing as part of CRM system development and implementation projects.
- Ability to understand detailed specification documents and write and execute test scenarios accordingly.
- Handle system issues, bugs, and support tickets.
Job Requirements:
- At least 4 years of experience in manual software testing in information systems – mandatory.
- Relevant education in QA / Information Systems / Industrial Engineering and Management / Software Engineering / Computer Science.
- Ability to lead and drive testing processes involving multiple users and system interfaces.
- Experience with SQL – mandatory.
- Experience with CRM systems – a significant advantage.
- Experience and familiarity with integrations and interfaces – an advantage.
- Full-time, hybrid position.
