Clinical Pharmacy Specialist

Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed Pharmacist to join a professional and advanced pharmaceutical environment, responsible for the preparation, dispensing, and management of complex medications, including sterile and high-risk pharmaceutical preparations, in accordance with regulatory requirements and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of medications using aseptic techniques, including individualized and batch preparations.
• Handling and preparation of advanced and complex pharmaceutical products, subject to training and authorization.
• Review and verification of prescriptions and work orders in compliance with protocols and regulations.
• Compounding activities performed in biological safety cabinets using advanced equipment and technologies.
• Pharmaceutical verification, quality control, and release of prepared medications.
• Receiving, storing, and monitoring medications under controlled conditions.
• Environmental monitoring, cleaning, and disinfection of preparation areas.
• Ongoing work with dedicated pharmaceutical IT systems.
• Providing professional pharmaceutical consultation and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Participation in training programs and continuous professional development.

Requirements

• BSc in Pharmacy – mandatory.
• Valid Israeli pharmacist license – mandatory.
• Proficiency in Hebrew and English, including professional reading skills – mandatory.
