Playte is a gamified mealtime solution that turns plates into board games, helping children improve eating patterns through play.

The product is already validated, with thousands of units produced and sold, pilots in hospitals and educational frameworks, and a clear roadmap for U.S. market entry and retail expansion

We are preparing for market entry into the United States, focusing on DTC, online sales, influencers, professional partnerships, and later retail distribution (Target, Walmart).

We are looking for a true marketing partner, not a service provider.

A senior / director / executive marketing professional with:

• Proven experience in consumer products, ideally toddler / kids / parenting
• Deep understanding of the U.S. market
• Experience building or scaling brands (DTC, e-commerce, retail)
• Strategic mindset and hands-on execution ability
• Entrepreneurial DNA and long-term commitment

• Go-to-Market strategy for the U.S.
• Brand positioning and storytelling for parents
• Growth channels: social, influencers, content, paid ads
• Partnerships with professionals, communities and retailers
• Building a scalable marketing system

• Initial phase: Equity-based partnership
• Equity percentage based on experience, involvement and contribution
• After fundraising / revenue growth:
• Transition to management salary + continued equity
