System Engineering Lead

To a growing startup a Deep-Tech Company

We are looking for a System Engineering Lead to take a central, cross-disciplinary role in a cutting-edge Deep Tech environment. 

This is a highly hands on position with broad technical ownership, working closely with algorithm, software, embedded, and hardware teams, and leading system integration and experimental activities end to end.

Key Responsibilities

🔸Lead system engineering activities across complex hardware-software systems and systems of systems.

🔸Serve as the technical focal point between algorithms, software, embedded software, and hardware teams.

🔸Define system architecture, requirements, and interfaces.

🔸Lead and support system integration, testing, and experimental campaigns.

🔸Drive technical trade - offs, risk mitigation, and system level decision making.

🔸Support rapid learning and adaptation to new technological domains as required.processes.

Qualifications

🔸15+ years of experience in system engineering of complex hardware-software systems and systems of systems.

🔸10+ years of hands on experience in development of sensors and/or RF systems.

🔸M.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering or Physics.

🔸Strong ability to quickly learn new domains and technologies.

🔸Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
