A cybersecurity and AI startup developing a platform that enables security teams to deploy and manage hundreds of micro agents for targeted security tasks.
The company is located in Tel Aviv, near public transportation, operates a hybrid work model (2 days from home), employs 100 people, and has raised hundreds of millions of dollars from leading investment funds.
The Role-
- Manage a team of 3 engineers, with approximately 50% hands-on development
- Report to the VP of Engineering
- Lead the development of product infrastructure in a high-scale SaaS environment
- Work with technologies including Go, Kubernetes, Docker, Microservices, Cloud, Monitoring and Observability tools
Requirements-
- One year of experience as a Team Lead
- Development experience with Go, Python, or Node.js
- Experience in Platform, Infrastructure, or Monitoring development
- Hands-on experience with Cloud environments
